The King is portrayed in a circle shown against the background of a wall. He is depicted bust length, facing left. He wears a wig, armour, an ermine coat and the riband of an Order. The rim is inscribed: STANISLAVS AVGVSTVS D. G. REX POLONIAE M. D. LITH. At the bottom is an inscription separated by the reverse of the coronation medal, which was made by the engraver Thomas Pingo: “STANISLAUS – AUGUSTUS/ Rex Poloniae– M.D. Lith:". The medal bears the motto: HANC IVSSIT FORTVNA MERERI, and at the bottom: EL. VN VOCE VII SEPT./ CORON. XXV. NOV./ MDCCLXIV. The whole is within a rectangular frame. The print was published by Samuel Cruys in Amsterdam.
