One of 22 views of Warsaw painted by Bellotto for the Senators’ Antechamber (known as the Canaletto Room) at the Royal Castle in Warsaw. The painting is listed in the 1795 catalogue of the Stanisław August collection under no. 438: “Vue de l’église du St. Sacrament a la Ville neuve".
