The drawing depicts a Polish war hammer (nadziak). Wooden handle inserted into the metal hammer head. At the lower right inscription in Italian, describing the assassination attempt on the King. In the upper left corner pagination: 74; in the upper right corner: 162. Pagination indicates that drawing could be included in a sketchbook. The upper part of the composition has been trimmed.
